What is LUX WATCH STRAPS’s Return Policy?
How many days do I have to return a product?
- Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- A return fee of $10.00 for order will be charged for all refunds for change.
WARRANTY EXCHANGE
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the following situations:
- ALL items offered in the LUXWATCHSTRAPS web store comes with a hassle-free 8 days warranty.
- Warranty exchanges can only be requested as an exchange for the same product.
- Warranty does not cover damage, misuse, accidents, loss, theft, normal wear and tear.
Purchase Satifaction
- If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with any of our products; simply return it within 8 days of the invoice date for a refund.
- So, all unopened returns receive a complete 100% refund.
- Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box. Including, all packing material, manuals and all accessories.
- That is to say we want all our clients to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
- LUXWATCHSTRAPS guarantees usage and compatibility satisfaction with its product. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee posits that if we are unable to “prove” a satisfactory performance of the product with a test file, we will refund 100% of the purchase price as long as it within our 8 day refund period!
- We, at LUXWATCHSTRAPS, work hard everyday to make your purchase experience and product usage pleasurable.
To submit a warranty exchange claim, please contact contact us or email: info@luxwatchstraps.com within 1 (one) hour of sale, if you are not satisfied.
- In the email, please include detailed photos of the item and your original order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
- For online purchases, LUXWATCHSTRAPS will accept returns & exchanges for products in Unused condition (refers to any product that has NOT been damaged, bent, torn, mounted, worn, altered or stained. Please do not mount, wear or use any product if you intend on returning it).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Merchandise returned to LUXWATCHSTRAPS will be processed within 8 - 12 business days of receipt.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 10 business days to be credited to your account.
- Full refunds will be processed for items that are returned to us due to factory defects ONLY - Please e-mail us first before returning any orders: info@luxwatchstraps.com.
- We have internal refund and exchange policies, to comply with the process we recommend reading our return and exchange instructions.
- A return fee of $10.00 per order will be charged for all refunds for change.
- Return Shipping Labels will only be provided for residents of the USA. For returns or exchanges within other countries, the customer is responsible for all transit and shipping costs associated with the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted ( A refund takes up within 3 to 10 business days to be credited to your account.).
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (% OFF).
Exchanges (if applicable) Instructions
- We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturing part. Store owner will pay the shipping fees with a tracking number.
- Customers must initiate the exchange of the article(s) within 5 and 7 days of your order's delivery date, and the original packing slip and exchange form must be included.
- Wrong size and color the customer will pay the shipping fees via a traceable package. If the customer is mistaken for size, the shipping costs for the change of the product will be paid by the customer, once the email arrives from the store approving the change.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luxwatchstraps.com to request an exchange before sending back any products.
- LUXWATCHSTRAPS will not assume responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, mishandled, stolen or damaged.
- The watch straps/articles must be in its original condition to be accepted as an exchange.
- Customers must initiate the exchange of the item(s) within 5 and 7 days of your order's delivery date, and the original packing slip and exchange form must be included.

How do I return an item? (Shipping)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If a return is damaged/used when received the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including returning the strap back to them.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The item must be in its original condition as defined above to be accepted as a return. Customers must return the item in a package including the Customer Name and Order Number.
- Your must return the item within 8 days of your purchase.
